Service Retainer – Ongoing Priority Support

A retainer is appropriate for more personalised engagement and priority access as part of a commitment to getting you the support you need. 

Basic level:

• Initial record setup and situational analysis – $300 value

• Priority email or WhatsApp written responses – $invaluable

• Priority access to our own therapy/treatment options in-house – $invaluable

• Basic Fortnightly Consultation sessions (up to 55 min) – $145 ea

• Monthly blood test result and protocol reviews – $300 ea (cost of the blood test separate)

Standard level:

• Priority phone access (business hours only) – $invaluable

• Standard Fortnightly Consultation sessions (up to 85 min) – $200 ea

• Fortnightly blood test result tracking for monthly reviews  (cost of the blood test separate)

VIP level:

• Emergency phone access (after hours) – $invaluable

• Weekly Consultation sessions (up to 85 min)

• Fortnightly blood test result and protocol reviews (cost of the blood test separate)

Includes initial setup and existing situational awareness and analysis. Then each month or fortnight, we will review the latest set of blood test markers to assess trend-lines, progress, and therapy effectiveness and then discuss any potential adjustment recommendations. Comparison report provided to discuss with treatment team. Each month includes up to two hours of offline assessment and 1 hour zoom/face-to-face discussion. For VIP each fortnight includes up to two hours offline assessment and two hours of zoom/face-to-face discussion.

VIP guests may be able to get complimentary access to Sauna or PEMF sessions pre or post in person consultation appointments if available.

Retainer runs out after the retainer period. No refunds for prepaid retainer periods if appointments not made or missed and/or engagement discontinues.
